For applying for COTA 2019 Diploma courses, follow the steps below:

1. Download the PDF form
2. Fill in the form by hand, scan and send together required documents to claasenj@cota.na
3. Alternatively send the documents to COTA, PoBox 2963, Windhoek
4. Alternatively, hand in the form at either COTA Town Campus, or COTA Katutura Campus (KCAC)
5. N$ 30 application fee payable
