Brilliant Training College (BTC), formerly Katutura Community College (KCC) is a co-educational, post-secondary institution providing accredited national vocational courses to equip the youth with scarce skills relevant to the job market.
Established in 2003, Brilliant is located in 42-45 Ondoto Street, in Okuryngava, Katutura. Brilliant emerged from a humble beginning in a one lecture room premises, the college has managed to evolve into a viable institution of higher learning. The name was clearly derived from the type of educational services rendered by the institution to the student community.
