The National Institute of Special Education (NISE) is a school for the blind in Windhoek, Namibia.

National Institute of Special Education (NISE) has been in existence for more than 21 years and accommodates close to 500 learners at the School for the Hearing Impaired; School for the Visually Impaired and Môreson School.
