Namibia University of Science and Technology NUST Centre for Open and Lifelong Learning (COLL) Students Support

Even though you are studying at a distance, you are not alone. There are several means that you may use to get assistance.

Three Students At COLL, there is a distinction between students’ academic matters (relating to the study of your course such as problems regarding course content/assignment questions) and students’ administrative matters (such as whether or not an assignment has been received).

Administrative Matters: If you have questions about any administrative matter, please contact a COLL Student Support Officer by email, phone, correspondence or in person; COLL Student Support Officers. You are also welcome to visit the COLL offices.

Academic Matters: If you have a question about course content or study of your course, please feel free to contact your tutor by email or telephone. The names and contact details of your tutor is available upon registration.

When contacting a COLL Student Support Officer or your Tutor by correspondence, email or phone, please provide the following:

• Identity number
