How to Apply to College of the Arts (COTA)

How to apply for COTA Diploma courses:

1. Download the PDF form
2. Fill in the form by hand, scan and send together required documents to jclaasen.cota@gmail.com
3. Alternatively send the documents to COTA, PoBox 2963, Windhoek
4. Alternatively, hand in the form at either COTA Town Campus, or COTA Katutura Campus (KCAC)
5. N$ 30 application fee payable
