How to apply for COTA Diploma courses:
- Download the PDF form
- Fill in the form by hand, scan and send together required documents to claasenj@cota.na
- Alternatively send the documents to COTA, PoBox 2963, Windhoek
- Alternatively, hand in the form at either COTA Town Campus, or COTA Katutura Campus (KCAC)
- N$ 30 application fee payable
