AIMS exist to upgrade the Namibian human capital for Africa’s development. We offer professional and vocational skills training to meet the ever changing requirements of the African job market.
Our approach to training and development acknowledges both the core realities and new challenges of leading and managing organisations. AIMS is dedicated to capacity building towards the realisation of VISION 2030 and the Harambe prosperity plan.

OUR SERVICES
As an association of experts in the disciplines of finance, economics, business development and management consultancy we offer a wide range of trainings in Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Administration and Computer related fields. Courses are tailored to meet specific needs of our clients for in-house programmes. Training programmes are offered in two operational legs of Outhouse and In – House Training with generic focus and specific tailored approaches respectively.
