A bridal portrait session usually takes place before the wedding day. It is referred to like the photo session and focuses only on clicking the pictures of the bride. In the bridal session, the bride gets dressed and usually has her makeup and hair done.

How do bridesmaids pose?

The key to this pose is to make sure everyone has a hand on the bride. Place your bridesmaids at your sides. Some of them can be standing by your shoulders while others are crouched near your knees to make sure everyone is in the photo. Get everyone to lend a hand with your dress, veil, hairstyle, or shoes.

We recommend allowing at least 60 minutes to photograph wedding details. This will ensure we have plenty of time to get that elegant and timeless photo of the dress, rings, shoes, bouquet, and other details of the day.

How long do bride and groom photos take?

This would usually take about 15 minutes, or 20 minutes at the most. For brides and grooms with big families (maybe including grandparents, stepparents, and/or married siblings with children), the portrait session would usually take about 45 minutes.

How long before wedding is bride ready?

For the bride and a bridal party of four, we suggest starting to get ready six hours before the ceremony begins. This will provide ample time for hair, makeup, and photos.
