The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) Onboarding Notice to Students

The Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) after careful analysis and consultation with student representative councils, the fund wishes to announce the following:

Currently, the onboarding team are in Rundu ( Unam Campus) and Nkurenkuru( IUM Campus) until the 27th September 2019. All students in Rundu are encouraged to go to Unam Rundu Campus for assistance.

Bank Windhoek will return to Unam Main Campus (Windhoek) until the end of September 2019. To speed up the process all students who are in Windhoek are encouraged to make use of branches.

Students in Ongwediva, Oshakati and Eenhana must use branches for now while Bank Windhoek plans to come back to Ongwediva and Ogongo Campuses after the on boarding process in the Zambezi region.

All Neudam Campus students will be assisted as from tomorrow, (17 September 2019) Students at IUM Main Campus in Dorado Park, will be assisted as from 23 September 2019.

Only the Namibian Identify document will be required during the issuance of the payment card.
