Unique Trading cc is a family owned business, based in Windhoek, that was established in 2011. At Unique Trading cc we strive to deliver service excellence and top class workmanship to our clients, offering – Plot and Plan Sales at Elisenheim Estate and Construction of residential and commercial buildings. We also specialize in the Renovation of existing buildings i.e Masonry, Structural, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, ceilings, painting, tiling etc. and offer Transport of Goods & Furniture within Windhoek and within the borders of Namibia.

We currently offer a variety of either 2 Bedroom, No Garage to 3 bedroom Double Garage plans on a 450m2 plot (larger plots also available).
