Vacancies exist for a Foreman Maintenance at Fine Crushing and at Primary Crushers, reporting to the Superintendent Reduction Maintenance. The successful incumbents will be responsible for the effective management of allocated resources to achieve agreed performance objectives safely and by adhering to the industry best practices, international standards and Rio Tinto procedures and policies.

Minimum requirements

∙Grade 12 certificate;

∙Trade Diploma in Fitting & Turning (N3) with three subjects including Trade Theory;

∙N6 with 4 subjects including Trade Theory (added advantages);

∙A minimum of five years’ post trade qualification experience in mining / plant maintenance;

∙Two years supervisory experience (direct or indirect) will be an added advantage; and

∙Valid code BE driver’s licence.
