2018 Human Resource Management Symposium hosted by the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST)
NUST in collaboration with NWU and Tilberg University will host a human resource management symposium on 22-23 May.
This symposium will focus on human resource management approaches to mitigate global challenges that industry, government and small businesses face. The forum will bring together academics in the field of human resource management as well as practitioners, managers and leaders from industry to participate in sessions that will emphasise the integrating role of HRM in alleviating organisations’ challenges during global turbulence. There will be a platform for the presentation of various research works, both completed and in development, within the domain of human resource and employment relationship management.
