| Introduction | The diagnostic network optimization is an activity that intents to reshape the diagnostic network structure to improve access, capitalize on impact, and create efficiencies in the existing testing system. To aligns testing needs and capacity in the most cost-effective way by defining the optimal instruments combination from the existing available platforms, identifying the most suitable locations where instruments should be placed, and work out the referral network linkages across that newly optimized network. |
