Du Toit Associates was established in April 1996 by Ferdinand Vincent Du Toit. We have since then built our team to a level of excellence and reliability. We have for the past 24 years serviced and retained an extensive and loyal client base and continues to receive new referrals. Mr. Ferdinand Vincent du Toit (Attorney and Conveyancer) BA LLB(Stellenbosch), the senior partner, has been practicing for some 30years since 1991 as an Attorney. His focus being on matters of Conveyancing and Commercial work.
Our team is made up of 8 people that come from a variety of backgrounds. With a good mix of experience and youth, we all work well to ensure professional service delivery in all aspects of our business. We have skilled secretaries forming a dynamic staff complement. Mrs. Ronelle Visser is the senior secretary in our conveyancing department with more than 15 years of experience in conveyancing secretarial work.

Conveyancing
We help you with all your property registrations and transfers. This includes sectional titles, sectional title schemes and properties registered in company names, bond registrations and cancellations.
Commercial Law
Under Commercial Law we do registration and amendments of companies and closed corporations, draft sales and lease agreements. We can also draft more specific agreements tailored for your business or personal needs.
Trusts & Wills
Trusts are used for a variety of purposes thus we draft Wills and Trusts to help with the planning and administration of Deceased Estates. The Namibian Trust Law is regulated by the Trust Moneys Protection Act 34 of 1934.
ANCs
An antenuptial contract is a formal written agreement concluded before marriage and is filed with the Deeds registry. We draft these for couples that require various levels of protection in a marriage.
