Duties

Oversees performance management process for USDH Department of State positions.

In coordination with LE Staff HR Specialist and HR Assistant, implements Interagency Mission Awards Program (IMAP).

Oversees all check-in and check-out procedures for all U.S. personnel.

Staffing Pattern and cables. Custodian of all WebPASS information for staffing pattern, including assignment information. Maintains electronic and hard copy files of travel messages (TM).

EFM hiring liaison. Coordinates interviews and Post Employment Committee (PEC) involvement and memoranda.

Manage the local and American internship program.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

Three years prior work experience in human resources, office administration, or management is required.Education Requirements:

Successful completion of two years of college-level study is required.Evaluations:

Level IV speaking, reading and writing English is required.Qualifications:
