Purpose of the position:
The main responsibility of this position is to coordinate all administrative and consulting duties within the Policy Administration Niche Market.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide service to intermediaries i.e. Brokers, Financial Advisors and internal stakeholders
- Perform all duties within the service level agreement of Sanlam Namibia
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and consulting duties as required by management
- Provide administrative advice on administrative processes and workflow to intermediaries
- Liaise between intermediaries and administration department to VIP intermediaries
- Resolve complex administrative problems within a timely manner and provide feedback where specified
Additional requirements:
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry
- Extensive knowledge of the Insurance Industry
- Additional local Namibian language will be an competitive advantage
Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
