PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To manage and coordinate human resource transactional services, payroll, wellness, organisational effectiveness and employee relations, and ensure human resource administration and operations run smoothly, effectively and efficiently in providing support services to line managers and employees.

EDUCATION AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management/Planning/Development or Labour Law/Industrial Relations.
  • 6-year working experience in general HR at supervisory level including HR specialisation; at least three (3) years in transactional services/payroll administration/employee wellness/organisational development/performance management/employee relations.
  • Certification in Industrial Psychology/Occupational Health and Safety/Conciliation and Arbitration is highly recommended.
  • Attendance of accredited Management Development Programme is an added advantage.

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resources- related issues and on the administration of training and development programs, performance management and administration of talent management initiatives. The HCBP ormulates partnerships within the organization to act as a champion and change agent to deliver value added service.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management/Planning/Development or Labour Law/Industrial Relations at NQF 7.
  • 2-year working experience in general HR administration including HR specialization in organizational development/performance management/employee relations.
  • Certification in Industrial Psychology/Conciliation and Arbitration is an added advantage.
