NUST Promoting Entrepreneurship
The Faculty of Management Sciences hosted a Public Lecture delivered by well-known local entrepreneur Twapewa Kadhikwa. The topic for the lecture was ‘Discover Your Entrepreneurial Spark – From Job Seeker to Job Creator.’ Kadhikwa says: “There has never been a better time than now to think and become entrepreneurial. Entrepreneurship is not an event. It is a culture that must be nourished and cultivated by everyone. Let us all jump on this bandwagon, for the time is now.” She also used the opportunity to promote her book titled ‘Successful Entrepreneurship.’ The Faculty of Management Sciences offers a Bachelor of Entrepreneurship programme, aimed at equipping students with the stills needed to start a new business or lead innovation efforts in a corporate environment, amongst others.
