RVTC VET Trainers makes the Training Centre Proud

VET Trainers at RVTC are racing ahead to cross the line. The rules of the competition are just in the VET Trainer’s hands. It is on those who produced 90% + on October/November 2017 assessment. A total number of six staff members (some repeated) obtained between 92% – 100% on academic performance of their trainees. The list is as below:
Mr. Robert Mukelabai 100% Science Level 1
Mrs. April Candida 100% Level 3
Ms. Jennety Joba 100%
Ms. Veronika Sikongo 99%
Mr. Robert Mukelabai 99% Science Level 2
Mrs. Eunice Sinalumbu 97%
Mr. Grant Kandela 92% Auto Mechanic Level 1

The Head of Career Programs was overwhelmed by his staff members’ performance and commitments towards training. “Our VET Trainers don’t need supervision as you can see. They are dedicated to their work, they live their passion of educating. Gone are those days when supervisors become police officers for their team members. These are professional staff members who knows their purpose of being here” said Mr. Malwa.
All the VET Trainers vowed to make 100% in May/June Assessment. It takes one to be committed, plan the correct procedure of training, and follow it for execution of the objectives. The Centre Manager Mr. Kornelius Lukas encouraged the training department to continue working smart and to be a resource for other VTCs. He also encouraged other departments (Trainee Support and Finance) to support training hence our core business is training.
